Editor's Note: Like teacher Dirk Tiede, who wrote the post below, I also teach Cyber Civics to 7th graders (in Aliso Viejo, CA) and recently delivered the same lessons he writes about. Even though Dirk and I are separated by 3,000 miles, it’s absolutely uncanny how similar our students’ responses were to these activities!
