"As a mental health professional, I’ve witnessed firsthand how today’s digital world profoundly shapes the emotional well-being of young people. Students today are navigating far more than academics—they’re juggling the pressures of social media, the complexities of digital relationships, and the constant presence of screens in nearly every aspect of their lives. That’s why this Digital Health & Wellbein gseries is not just timely—it’s essential."

About this course

As young people increasingly connect with others through texting, social media, gaming, and new technologies, they face new opportunities for meaningful connection, along with new risks. The impact of digital media upon wellbeing, the dangers of sexting, sextortion, and revenge porn, the rise of AI-manipulated images, risky chatbot interactions, and digital exploitation are not hypothetical concerns—they are real and immediate threats to student safety and wellbeing.

By implementing these timely lessons, educators and parents can empower students with the knowledge, skills, and strategies they need to navigate digital spaces safely and build healthy relationships, both online and offline.
