About Level 1

 

This is the first level of a three-year series of weekly lessons designed for middle school students. Each lesson is rich with engaging, hands-on activities that promote critical thinking, ethical reflection, and responsible decision-making. Through projects, problem-solving, and role-playing, students explore key aspects of digital citizenship—the norms of appropriate and responsible technology use.

Tested and refined in classrooms across the U.S. and internationally over 15 years, these lessons align with key educational standards and are flexible enough to be taught at school or at home. Many parents request that students receive this instruction before they get their first mobile device!
