AI LITERACY TRAINING FOR TEACHERS

States are mandating it. Teachers need to understand it. We can help.

Your teachers didn't sign up to become AI experts—and they don't have to be.

What they need is a framework for thinking critically about AI, a set of classroom-ready lessons, and the confidence to facilitate meaningful discussions with students.

Our AI Literacy Professional Development (PD) gives teachers all three.

Designed for educators serving grades 4–8, our training helps schools move beyond simply learning how to use AI tools. Teachers learn how to help students think critically about AI's impact on accuracy, bias, ethics, privacy, agency, and the world around them.

Whether you're planning an in-service training, staff development session, half-day workshop, full-day professional development, or district-wide AI literacy initiative, we can tailor the experience to your school's needs.

Three AI Literacy Training Options for Schools

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT THAT GOES BEYOND AI TOOLS

How Our AI Literacy PD Is Different

Classroom-tested expertise

We've designed and taught AI literacy lessons delivered in schools across the U.S. and internationally. We know where teachers struggle, what questions come up, and which discussions and strategies actually work in the classroom.

Critical thinking front and center

We don't teach teachers how to simply use ChatGPT.

We teach them how to help students think critically about AI's impact—including bias, ethics, accuracy, agency, privacy, environmental impact, and more.

The tools will change. These fundamentals will not.

Turnkey curriculum included

Professional development shouldn't end when the workshop does.

Teachers receive classroom-ready lessons they can use with students, giving them a practical way to continue building AI literacy throughout the school year.

Built for grades 4–8

Our approach supports a developmentally appropriate progression of digital and AI literacy across grades 4–8, helping schools create continuity as students move from elementary into middle school.

Designed for real school schedules

Whether you need a short staff meeting presentation, an in-service training, a half-day workshop, a full-day PD experience, or a district-wide implementation, we can adapt the training to your schedule and goals.

Proven retention

98% of Cyber Civics schools renew their subscriptions year after year.

Teachers stick with us because the lessons work, the framework holds up, and our resources are continually updated.
